Refund policy

Under current European regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you can use the ‘Cancel contract’ function in your customer account, or alternatively notify us informally (e.g. by email) within this period.

The customer is responsible for the return postage costs.

As soon as we have received the returned items or you have provided us with proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier and we will refund the purchase price to you.
