Shipping policy

All orders placed via our Shopify shop are carefully packed by our team and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Please note that we do not dispatch orders at the weekend: orders received after 12 noon on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday, which may result in a slight delay. We will, however, do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

International orders (outside Luxembourg) usually take up to 10 working days to be delivered.
